Spaghetti Sauce Success
by Girl Gone Domestic
So here it is, spaghetti sauce made from my tomato sauce from the freezer, which was made from tomatoes from my garden!
And here is the recipe:
Spaghetti Sauce
1 lb. grass fed ground beef
1 medium carrot, peeled & shredded
1/2 medium onion, diced small
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
42 oz. or 6 cups of tomato sauce from the freezer, thawed
Sea salt & freshly ground pepper to taste
Brown hamburger with carrot and onion, until no longer pink. Drain off most of the fat. Add italian seasoning and cook about 1 minute. Pour in tomato sauce, bring to a simmer. Continue to simmer 20-25 minutes, until thickened. Salt & pepper to taste. Serve over hot cooked spaghetti noodles. (I use Tinkyada brown rice spaghetti, its easier to digest).
Now how easy is that!? And it tastes good too! Just ask this guy, he had seconds! And he thinks it does wonders for his skin as well, no toxins! :)

You have me salivating….please stop being such a gourmet.
